- Design custom storage and organization solutions
- Present proposals and close sales in the home
- Build value and guide clients through the design process
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Proven sales experience with strong closing skills
- Interior design, decorating, renovation, or space-planning experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (required)
- Willingness to follow our proven sales process
- No cold calling – all appointments are pre-set
- Full 4-month paid ramp-up period
